    When people say good post, they mean the post of financial adviser, manager, president, etc of some company. Because these post are all managerial, you have to do MBA if you want to get them. But MBA is not at all required for engineering jobs.

    You need to have A* in Eco, accounts and math to get in LYCEUM. They are very choosy about the student they admit especially in commerce.

    IELTS consists of bands. You are graded out of 9. Chechen this out: http://www.ielts.org/ In Pakistan it is conducted by british council. Search in the link for the insitution that conducts IELTS at your place.
