    ok.. i guess people normally do the latest past papers as they give you an insight as to what the examiner might be looking from students in the upcoming papers.

    No this is definitely a no wrong situation. You explained and drew the relevant diagram that was matters the most. But however, you would have gained extra marks of making the diagram more appropriately ( i.e. neatly, labelled correctly, relevance). Your explanation should be doing good enough...

    Ok. This is a real serious issue. I guess you should have talked to the head supervisor but still your logic was simple and understandable. You should write to the CIE directly. British Council does have limited liability and they have to respect that. You should contact CIE office and let them...
