    Chemistey Doubts

I'm starting to realize that there is a stunning lack of moderation in this forum. Stop derailing the thread with irrelevant and useless posts. If you want to chat with someone, PM them. Otherwise, if your post doesn't contribute to the topic, don't post it.

    CHEMISTRY PAPER 3- HELP

Redundant don't you think? You should really read threads fully before posting, the question has already been answered twice. And to the topic starter, it depends on the individual experiment. Try to find that question you're talking about. If you can't find it, just remember to use common...

    CHEMISTRY PAPER 3- HELP

This ^ The acid is in excess. Increasing its concentration will make no difference. It's common sense. Also, please stop typing in all caps, it's annoying.

    Chemistey Doubts

That part is pretty obvious, if you have one litmus paper, and it's blue, and an alkaline gas is given off, there would be no change, because it is already blue. How would you know whether that gas was really alkaline or just neutral? The red litmus paper checks for alkaline gases while the blue...

    REDOX REACTION

Seriously, it's not that hard to toggle that little "Caps Lock" button on your keyboard. Typing in all caps is annoying.

Yeah too early to say but....

I don't know about you guys, but I find having a job as a bag boy or anything of minimum wage worthless for experience and a waste of time. If I'm going to do a job this summer, it'd be online freelancing or software development. Pays way more, much more productive and looks much better on a CV.

    chemistry p61 (liquid M)

Speaking of which, there's another controversial question: The potassium bromide solution that was in the question. He approached a lighted splint, what would be the result? I believe it would not burn, and that the splint would be extinguished. This is because only organic solvents burn, so...

Ask your chemistry p6 doubts here with me ! :)

About the iron nails question, I remember that. That question was asking how you can determine in which of these the nail would rust fastest. You don't have to know the result.

Who actually completed Biology Paper 3?

A cool fact: all invigilators always tell you when there are 5 minutes left.

ILL BE LEAVING AND COMING BACK ON WED

You should really fix your keyboard. Typing in all-caps is quite annoying.

I'll have to agree with Adahshan here, now you're just pushing it.

Teachers haven't seen the exam, their opinions are unreliable. And if you're so sure that's it's *not* a bar chart, mind explaining why? I've already given much evidence to prove that it cannot possibly be a line graph. Furthermore, the experiment involved iodine solution being placed on...

    English Listening

You don't. All you need are good listening skills. If you don't have them, then it's too late to do anything about it.

Yeah you're right. There's no use crying over spilled milk. But then when that milk keeps b**ching about how it's right and you're wrong, I think you'd need to clean it up then.

Question about the curve ( Grades)

This thread is asking about whether Egypt has a different curve than the rest of the world. We already said that the curve is always the same for everyone, except this year. You never said that, despite me saying it in the post above, implying that I was spewing bullshit and that you are...

    biology p61

This here is the problem. The IGCSE system is built to break such primitive thinking that assumes that if A has always given the result B, then A always gives the result B. They purposely change things up to identify such people. I'm sorry, but it's simply stupid to assume that because anything...

Question about the curve ( Grades)

You don't like to pay attention do you? Due to the circumstances that have happened in the middle east, Cambridge have stated that they will be making a special curve for a few countries this june.

That's exactly the case over here, with some teachers saying line graph because all the students told them was "enzymes". I do hope line graph is rejected, just so I can watch their pitiful arrogance smash against the wall of reality as their ignorance is vibrant in the debris.

Again, you are wrong. If the experiment had been at 0.5 minute intervals, and if it was 18 at 1 min and 10 at 2 min, if he checks at 1.5 minute, he will *never* find a fraction. He may find a small area and a large area, but again, he will count those as 2. There can never be any fractions in...
