    I remember reading the question as A1AT DEFICIENCY (NOT COPD DEVELOPMENT) which was 75%. PiMM is normal levels of A1AT protein and Z & S are allelic variants that produce less A1AT therefore any offspring with S or Z in their genotype will have A1AT DEFICIENCY, but whether it causes severe COPD...

    Hydrocarbon + O2 = CO2 + H2O. In this case carbon number of hydrocarbons = 4, so 4 moles of CO2 on right hand side. (H2O is liquid) It says 20cm3 contracted, meaning the volume decreased by 20 cm3, so total volume = 40+20= 60 Volume of O2 is 60-10=50, so 5 moles O2 C4H4 + 5O2 = 4CO2 + 2H2O...
