    for speeches alwasy try to use the owrd(muazzaz samaeen)respected viewers after two to three lines and muhaware just read them daily and u will learn them slowy they aint difficult

    nthing else to say everyone said good but u certainly need high vocabulary so just like for eg u r using word (darakht fr tree i prefer using shajar)and cahnge words and explain ur knowledge comprehensively and as clearly as possible so that examiner understands what u want to say

    well its a difficult subject since there is lesser amount of A* in islamiat but yes its possible but u need to have to have a very comprehensive knowledge about everything in syllabus also ability to express ur knowledge in the right way and quotations are always best way to gain extra marks ;)
