    I am not sure about that. You need to look into it by sending an E-mail to CIE and ask if we could request an AS level certificate, instead of the whole A'levels one.

    NO, there is no reason why you should retake your AS level. Even if you get a high B at A2 level, you may end up with an A or an A*. Basically, a guy who can get an A at AS level, does have the calibre to get a good enough result in A2 if he works hard in the same way.

    I am talking about the 2009 paper, it's right there in the download section. CIE never published the marking schemes for other years, so when I prepared for my exam in 2009 it was just through these ERs.

    I think you should get on with your A'levels. Your result is good enough, but if you are not satisfied then you can retake this November. But make sure this doesn't disrupts your progress in A'levels and SAT, because these results are indipensable.
