WHICH SUBJECTS SHOULD I TAKE IN A Levels?

Go for thinking skills. It will not burden you as there is not much to study and you'll also get a chance to study under the counsellor of LGS JT, Sir Jazib, who teaches thinking skills here, so you will have the advantage of a better recomendation from the counsellor making your university...

    help please................

Give it in June. Why do you want to have a separate certificate for one subject? I don't think English is a burden and clearing it beforehand will be of no use plus you should try to give more than 6 subjects in one session that'll be your May/June session. You can keep them for improving your...

    p3 help....

I usually scan my solution and post the picture here but since my scanner is not connected to the computer you'll have to suffer with me. :) a) √(1-4x)=1-2x-2x²-4x^3 b)x=0.01 √(1-4*0.01)=√0.96.. To obtain √6 you have to multiply √0.96 with the square root of 6.25 as 6/0.96=6.25. √6.25*√0.96=√6...

    guys!!!further math help!first order differential

The textbooks for Further Maths are for both the Ed-excel and the CIE board so you'll not get one book covering all the CIE syllabus. I actually don't use a book, so I don't know much about that. You can check the syllabus of Further Maths and go about it.

New MCAT Policies for Medical Students???

It kind of is. But I can say this that I have seen several A'levels students making it among the top of the merit list, if you are capable enough you'll surely get an admission into a medical university regardless of your higher secondary school education. If a person can't make it into a...

New MCAT Policies for Medical Students???

Yes! That's true. But last year too they changed something that ended in A'levels students protesting against it so the debate remains the same. The main problem is the equivalency certificate where Alevels students lose alot of marks when compared to the FSC guys which always drops you down the...

New MCAT Policies for Medical Students???

Yes, that's true. MCAT, starting from this year, will have a mixture of syllabus from both A'levels and FSC curriculum. That has to be your own choice. People have different views about that. Most elders of mine recommended me to do FSC as the ratio of intermediate students getting on the merit...

Which school to choose in Lahore?

Yes, they don't. That's totally your opinion but you can't call every aitchisonian a spoilt brat, though I agree that there are alot of guys who have got the attitude and show off their status of being aitchisonians but the policies and administration of Aitchison is better than any other school...

    is it good?

First of all, opt for biology only if you want to apply into medicine otherwise there will be no use. It is definitely the easiest of the three sciences in A'levels but there is alot of rote learning involved and if you are good at it then you won't have a problem. As far as economics is...

Which school to choose in Lahore?

Seriously, keep Aitchison your top priority if you have the required grades. This comes from a guy who has spent all his life at LGS, and currently doing A'levels from JT.

    XTREMELYYY BOREDD!!!! =(

@Maleeha: I don't remember finding any obscene stuff in the novel that will not be allowed for any age. :P Anyways, you may instead check out the two of Khaled Hosseini's novels.

    XTREMELYYY BOREDD!!!! =(

^ I am sure everyone has heard those. Heard of "The Police"? Listen to "Every breath you take" of them. Queen's bohemian rhapsody, amazing song. Nirvana's smells like a teen spirit. For the current era, just visit the bilboard 100 for the latest breaks and you'll find many songs that sound good.

Member of the Week --- 'GetSomeLIFE'

Re: Member of the Week --- 'princesszahra' 3 years of pre-school + 11 years till the start of A'levels + 2 years of A'levels= 16 years. Practically, it's not possible for a person to start studying at the age of 0. It's only possible if a person is double promoted, or had less than 3 years of...
