Sagar! Check is this method correct... O.o or I did it wrong :'( ------------------------------------------------------------------------- We use F = kx so we know k for P and Q is k and for R is 3k --> Therefore total extension of P and Q = k + k = 2k and extension for P,Q and R = 1/2k + 1/3k...- Thought blocker

Y You* know that c = f x λ yes ? now f = 1 / t so c = λ / t t = λ / c.. Now you can see from the figure that total wavefronts b/w XY and P is 3 so t = 3λ / c Hence C option is correct.- Thought blocker
