    Well I can tell you that when ever you get confusion b/w two options, get all the concepts in your mind, i.e is if you are asked for force, you know that f = ma and f = m(v-u) and f = m(v-u) / t so see which of this equation matches in your question and solve it... and for theory, I think you...
