    excuse me.... in gene tech.. the use of enzymes that catalyses the formation of GFP flouresence protein in order to identify whether the bacteria has taken up the plasmid or no.... wont it only identify if the plasmid was taken or no but not particularly if the recombinant plasmid was taken ??
