Need a little help regarding Equivalence.

Well, I am a private student and I passed Phy Chem in May/June 2011 while in Mathematics, I got only the AS grade, which was an E. Means I failed the composite and only passed the first part (half credit) barely in that session. I couldn't get an equivalence on half credit Mathematics obviously...
