Mathematics paper 6 (Stats)
Z=X-Mean/Standard deviation P(X<20)=0.1 we will take 0.9(since 0.1 isnt in the table) and take it negative so Z=-1.281 therefore: -1.281=20-mean/√0.8 mean=21 PS:i memorize the negative stuff by checking the sides of the inequality for e.g P(X<20)=0.1 since 0.1 is less than 0.5 ,we are gonna give... -
