Its quite easy

SEE

(i)
You have to use the fig 3.1 here


The distance from workman to p is .20 m

And the distance from P to CENTER of the floorboard is .50+.25=.75

Weight of floorboard is 160 N


Now

anticlockwise movement = clockwise movement
W into .20 = 160 into .75

Solve

W= 600 N is the answer

(ii)
Force exerted by P is weight of the man and the floorboard so add them up.... 600+160=760 N is the asnwer
As you can see its not touching the other supports so on them its zero!
