There's a formula of finding unit variable cost...The table shows costs at 3 activity levels.
65 units -Fixed cost - ? Variable cost - ? Total cost - 15,600
90 units - Fixed cost - ? Variable cost - ? Total cost - 19,600
100 units - Fixed cost - ? Variable cost - ? Total cost - 21,200
What is the fixed cost?
Please answer this question and explain how it is done
Thx s so muchThere's a formula of finding unit variable cost...
(Total cost one - Total cost two)/Output one - (Output two)
so u get the unit variable cost
multiply it by no. of units u get the total variable cost
Subtract variable cost from total cost
The working should be shown on the paper itself as they want to see the workings too.I have a question... In accounting paper 2, they say that working must be shown. Should it be written roughly on the question or answer paper?
For almost 10 years, the site XtremePapers has been trying very hard to serve its users.
However, we are now struggling to cover its operational costs due to unforeseen circumstances. If we helped you in any way, kindly contribute and be the part of this effort. No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
