I've done this ok, that if some1 (na-mahram) puts their hand forward; you completely ignore it... most ppl are smart they'd themselves retreat.... (I mean they aren't gonna snatch ur hand are they?)
or if u intend dawah mode; you can say I don;t shake hands with opp gende due to religious/islamic reasons,... they might think u r a religious fundo but who cares what they think as long as Allah is happy...
