alevel conversion

a boy told me yesterday k he heard in mcat seminar that the conversion of A* to 90% will occur from next year.. any one knows if its true?

Yeah thats true. This will be implemented from this May 2010!

wanna know dat when should we start preparing 4 entry tests for uniz... i have heard in many pak uniz entry test marks are more important then alevel grades they dnt matter much ...should i be more focused on alevels or entry tests of different uniz ...:?
