Allowed calc?

I got a fx-991es anyone know for sure if it is allowed?
i think it is banned thought, as it can pretty much do 1/4th of the paper- quad equations finding tangent sof slopes, multipying matrices, and solving equations when u r suposed ot with graph
i know it cant have these things, but idk what they mean
Calculators with any of the following facilities are prohibited and use of any such calculators will be regarded as malpractice:
• graphic display
• data banks
• dictionaries
• language translators
• retrieval or manipulation of text or formulae
• QWERT keyboards
• built-in symbolic algebra manipulations
• symbolic differentiation or integration
• capability of remote communication with other machines

The fx991-es can do none of those things listed. It can only solve equations etc. numerically and cannot manipulate algebra.

The fx991-es is allowed at IGCSE level.
