Alternative to practical measurments

I find when ever I measure length in the on an alternative to practice exam I print out from xtremepapers my measurements are always out by about 3mm. Is this because this site rescales the papers before putting them up on the net?

It must be something with your printouts, paper size, fit to scale, % of normal size or something else altered in your print properties.
