I'm not sure if this is correct or not, but go through
oct/nov 2010 q1 variant 35 and oct/nov 2013 q2 variant 36.
This is what I heard. According to examiner report, it should be 3 to 4 SF.

Extrapolate mean to determine an estimate value of a reading that you didn't find out experimentally...you find it out from the graph of the other readings
