first we add microorganisms which can be bacteria or fungi in a large, sterile fermenter.
the temperature must be 26oC and the pH much be between 5-6.
feedstock(nutrients) should be added in the fermenter along with air(oxygen).
allow the microorganisms to reproduce and make enzymes which can be collected.
these enzymes can be used in biological washing powders.

hope this helps :)
