Choose random questions from the pastpapers... at least one from each topic... eg. enzyme, food test, osmosis, cell membrane permeability etc. Try solving them then check the mark schemes..
Learn some possible errors and improvements for each type of experiment...

and dont forget about plan diagrams such as monocot/dicot roots and stems, arteries and veins, trachea etc!
Here are the most common points they ask for:
1) Calculating actual size of a specimen from a magnified sample
2) Drawing a plan diagram
3) Using a light microscope
4) Comparing and contrasting two tissues from different organisms
5) Finding sources of error in an experiment and suggesting improvements
6) Drawing tables and graphs
7) Experiment (on osmosis, enzymes, food tests etc...)
