What did you guys write for the question about the sun's energy? Was it recycled by bacteria, converted to chemical energy by animals, stored in fossil fuels or used by plants to absorb water?

but plants don't need energy to absorb water only for absorbing minerals by active transport

i did the fossil fuels. It can't be concerted to chemical energy by animals because that would mean that animals photosynthesise. I'm not sure about the bacteria but some in my class chose the plants option
