What are the topics that i should study for the exam? or should i study all topics? even ecology?

NO , Only the practical topics i dont think ecology ever showed up in a paper 6 cause its a completely theoretical topic
Focus only the others like nutrients testing , effect of pH & temperature on enzymes , measuring rate of transpiration , biological drawings & Magnification
They also sometimes get suff from chp.#1 (characteristics & classification of living organisms )
