I think i chose the fatty acid
I thought the exact same thing, but someone said that it might be a molecule of cholesterol instead of a carrier/channel protein, but according to my knowledge cholesterol contains oxygen so i think our answer is correctSame!
A was the phospphate head (no way!)
B was fatty acid tail
C was the weird round thing in the membrane ( more like a carrier protein to me) ( many friends ticked this as it seemed odd)
D was the glycoprotein
