bs in software engineering(non engineering) through comsats??what is it? and what is the scope?

It means that u'll be studying software engineering most of the times and that the degree won't be of an engineering degree. More precisely, u won't be an engineering according to the criteria set by PEC - Pakistan Engineering Council.
However, CIIT has a good name in this field. And the field itself has a very good scope in near future.
