Hi. So we have AS BS tomm and since there's just so much to study- even if most of it is common sense, lets start tackling past papers and post the questions we thought were tough so that we can all practice those, so that our revision includes the toughest questions of the all the papers.
If you think theres something that other people should know or see, papers, notes- whatever. Post it here.
Guess papers are welcome too- but no random bullshit please.
Good Luck!

I could recall a question about management/financial accounting, not sure if it was P1/P2. Definitely worth a revisit.

Benefits to a business of using job production might include:
• the production of a single high specification product, possibly leading to high profit margin
• ability to hire and develop highly skilled and versatile craftspeople
• establish reputation for high quality and precision
• workers more likely to be motivated – more demanding and interesting work
• organisation of job production – easy to organise, monitor and solve problems
attractive to start-up businesses.

start up biz's, like new businesses, which cannot afford either batch or flow prdxn, will opt 4 job...
I think that it saves on machinery, location, electricity and such expenses and therefore is an attractive option for those people with a certain set of skills and will require comparatively low investment is how it should ideally be phrased. :D

Define emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence (EI) (measured by emotional quotient (EQ)) is defined in terms of the
notion of multiple intelligences. It is suggested that individual, business and corporate
success is not determined by intellectual capability/capacity alone. Emotional intelligence is
also important, some say more important. The ability/competencies to be aware of, control,
and manage, the emotions of self and the emotions of others. Unlike intellectual intelligence
it is suggested that EI can be learned, developed, and improved. Goleman’s model of
emotional competencies proposes that there are 4 key emotional competencies – selfawareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management

Any questions on pricing strategies hasn't come in Section B in a long time as far as I have noticed. So there are chances that it comes this year!
