Any specific examples you want?
  1. Straight Lines
  2. Curves from x^2
  3. Curves and Inflexion Points from x^3
  4. Transformations:
  • f(x+a) => Subtract a from all X-Values
  • f(x-a) => Add a to all X-Values
  • f(x/a) => Multiply all X-Values by a
  • f(ax) => Divide all X-Values by a
  • a+f(x) => Add a to all Y-Values
  • f(x)-a => Subtract a from all Y-Values
  • af(x) => Multiply all Y-Values by Y
  • f(x)/a => Divide all Y-Values by a

Actually wanted to know how to draw inverse graphs and arcs of the same graphs for eg sine inverse and arc sine( is there any difference?)

Guys i need help, How to draw this curve : 1+ (2/x+1) State its range and domain???

Okay, so f(x) = 1 + (2/x+1)

The +1 is a vertical translation, and you already know the shape of the curve 1/x, in that regard, (x+1) is a horizontal translation of -1. And the factor 2, is a stretch.

As for the range, 2/(x+1) will never be zero, so think about where the curve tends to as x tends to positive and negative infinity.
The domain, X belongs to the reals, but can't be equal to -1.

The easiest way to determine these is to look at the graph :)
