Yes, I do have ! Except for a few pages around pg. 75 & pg. 250, the PDF coursebook works just fine. For the lapses, using 'Complete Mathematics for Cambridge IGCSE' by Oxford University Press., also works fine too. Anyways, here is the google drive link -
