Can anyone give the Grade threshold of GCE (CIE) O'level of 2011 ?

Can u explain me how this grade boundaries are calculated ? With example would be helpful .
Well I'm not going to go into many details, also cause I'm not entirely sure myself, but basically they check the overall performance of candidates of the session. Then according to these they set the thresholds. So in an easy exam where everyone preformed well the thresholds will rise and vice versa.
