Can i drop an IGCSE which i am struggling at

I made a stupid decision by taking French IGCSE. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO DROP IT when i am in YEAR 11 BCOS IT IS SO HORRIBLE. i dont even feel like going to the class IT MAKES MY LIFE MISEARABLE. Can i swap french with environmental management
