Can i give only 2 readings in chemistry experiment?

If my results were accurate on the second time, can i just give 2 readings and carry on with my calculation?
And by the way what is the reading that is counted as accurate? Is it +- 0.1 or +-0.05

+-0.1 is what it should be......and 2 readings are enough if they are within 0.1....

Are you sure about about that? My Sir says that at least 3 readings are compulsory - and he's a supervisor.

I think we should take at least 3 readings. Then tick the best results, even if they are the first two.

Should i choose 3 of them
Or just the second and the third one?

Rough reading is more than the accurate one...

You can take any of the two with .10 difference in such cases...

My Sir says second and third... o.o; Whichever two readings are the closest, I guess, and within 0.10 difference from each other.

My teacher told me that u should not waste time taking the third if you already have 2 accurate results............and he advised us to make up a reading if we arent getting accurate results after 4 titrations

if u did the 3rd then u should take your 2nd and 3rd values as they are more accurate.......

Well I think doing 3 will be a waste of time (unless you mean 3 including the rough titre), especially if we have to do 2 titres tomorrow. There would hardly be any time unless you are really fast. I would just do one reading and try to be as accurate as possible with it, or take 2. But you do whatever you want.

Don't waste time if your first 2 readings (1st rough and one 2nd titre) are accurate. Fake the 3rd according to the accurate readings and tick "2nd & 3rd" values. DO NOT tick the first (rough) value.
