0.0644 x (250/1000) = c2 x (42.5/1000) which gives you 0.379 mol dm^-3. note - here I've assumed the diluted volume is 42.50 cm^3. or you can use the formula they've given in the mark scheme -----> total volume (250)/volume diluted (42.50) x 0.0644.
then step 6, we know moles are 0.379 per dm^3, thus use formula moles = mass/Mr. So, 0.379 x Mr (126) = 47.75 g dm^-3.
