Water behaves as a base because its a proton acceptor ( it took an proton from the acid )

For HCL it tells us that its a strong acid because it has completely ionised!!
For HF it tells us that its a weak acid because it has partially ionised!!!

Since HCL ionises more it will have a lower pH (more H ions)
HF will have less!!!!

Comon someone help fast I need to go sleep! :p
Here
T(NO3)x + Na3PO4 ----> T3(PO4)x + NaNO3
ratio given: 18 :6 =3:1(6 frm graph wen it completely reacts)
Now balance the equation according to the ratio
3T(NO3) +Na3PO4 ----> T3PO4 +3NaNO3
so T3PO4
