can i get the difference between intermolecular and intramolecular bonds??? got my exams comin up

but i don want the usual stuff which says that it is between same molecule and diff molecules...

pls can u guys lyk make it ez for me??

An intramolecular force is any force that holds together the atoms making up a molecule or compound.
There are three main types of intramolecular forces:
- Ionic
-Covalent
- Metallic
Ionic Intramolecular forces
These forces exist between atoms of ionic compounds (molecules formed by transfer of electrons). It is the force of attraction between the cation (positively charged atom) and anion (negatively charged atom) in a molecule.
Covalent intramolecular forces
These forces exist between covalent compounds (molecules formed by sharing of electrons). It is the force of attraction between the bonded pair od electrons with the nuclei of the the two atoms
