Chemistry Paper 5 Sample answer

I have trouble in doing paper 5 chemistry (Planning, analysis & evaluation). Can anyone please tell me if there is any format in answering the questions in paper 5? Because in physics & bio we follow a certain format in writing the answers.

If possible can anyone please show me a full answer for at least a paper? For instance may/june 2008. I really need a sample answer.
