i am hoping for one in Stats, but in the paper, i had to leave a 3 mark question in p1, which i believe was my only mistake in stats
how far will this affect my chances of distinction?

Well, you can't get 'Top in the World' now, i think. Because you didn't get full marks.
But you can get City-wide distinction, or maybe Top in Pakistan.
