Answer is B.
But please explain how?

Yes its B ..it cant be A since wide range of goods are sold, it cant be C since it has severals roofs/floors and not D because credit sales are also made

Naweez, department stores sell a wide range of goods. they have departments for each kind of product.
and the answer i've quoted was from marking scheme. :)
