There's an even being hoisted in IBA during the march.
Now I suppose all of you are familiar with IBA university which is indeed, the first business school outside North America.
Now you all must be wondering, what is Coronation and why should you participate?
WHAT WAS CORONATION’12 ABOUT?
Coronation’12 was the grand event with 3- action-packed days with extraordinary social events for people to learn and enjoy. The Theme was redefining supremacy. Its major purpose was to bring students together and test them on their skills of transformation of the society they are part of. The major aim of this event was to conquer the fear within oneself so that people can stand up against the wrong.
WHICH ACTIVITIES WERE THERE?
There were different activities for students to indulge in. These activities filled students with fun, memories and experience that would last forever. There were activities like making a budget for each ministry in a certain crisis situation. Students were supposed to propose a 100 day plan for an interim government and Also, students had to act rational and fast in order to fight the natural calamity that hits the nation. Social welfare in the face of international politics was also evident through the activity on the last day – which included fetching the necessities of life from different places and transporting them across the pool using a rope and a pulley..
WERE THERE ANY GUEST SPEAKERS?
Yes, They were not common people but ex-president Mr.Pervez Musharraf and Parliamentary leader of MQM Mr. Farooq Sattar graced the Coronation’12 by their thought provoking and informative sessions. These sessions captivated the attention of listeners and provided students with new approach to see the world.
THERE IS MORE…
After a day of hard work and rigorous activities, The concert was set up to rock the souls YES Call- rock band- performed live at Coronation’12 , on the last day of event. The concert filled every heart with thrill and never ending joy. And in this way the journey of Coronation’12 reached its end giving people precious moments to remember. The moments which would never come again and would never be forgotten!
There's a certificate for you all and as my avatar says, the winner will be awarded 1 lakh rupees cash prize.
