Difference between OVERSEAS AND LOCAL IN IBA AND LUMS

guys the basic diff between them in lums is that the overseas candidates are exempted from LCAT but is there any differece between the admission processs of them and are there seperate seats for OVERSEAS or is it easy for the OVERSEAS to get admission??????????
