divided flask

Does anyone have a proper description or a diagram to explain what a divided flask actually is?? All I have perceived from the ERs is that it refers to a test tube inside a flask!!!!!

it has separation inside the flask which allows two contents to be kept separate until the time of the reaction especially imp if gas s evolved
