Output is 6000. 10% wastage should be accounted for.

1000000*10% =100000 for year 1 and 2
1000000*12%=120000 for 3 ,4, 5
Add all of them ( 100000 +100000 +120000+120000+120000) divided by 5 = 112000
so answer is C
