In the Edexcel IGCSE ICT November 2023 paper 1 question 1 )aii

Which one of these is the best choice of computer for a concert venue to use for processing bookings?

The mark scheme says answer C - mainframe. I think the answer should be A - desktop. Any one can tell me why it is C please.
