ESL QUESTION

i had heard that from 2011 may june onwards, p5 or oral exam would not be marked on the scale of 1 to 5, like it was done previously, and it would be counted in makrs and these would effect our esl grade.
so has this change brought into effectiveness or not?

it depends on what your ESL code is.
if its 510 then its not counted.
but if you r taking 511 then u r in trouble.

gave the exam, surely not in trouble, easy as a pie. it count or not, either way test went awesome
