Final P42 MATHS doubts!

there is!

like cylinder, trapiizium kite, rhombus, hemispere
for cylinder you can simply multiply length by area.
the trapezium you can divide into two triangles and find the answer, same thing for the kite or rhombus.....
for hemisphere, you divide the result of a circle/cylinder and divide it by two.
and formulae for cone and all they give..........
right? :D

Mean mass of 15 potatoes = 136
total mass of 15 potatoes = 136 * 15 = 2040

Mean mass of 3 potatoes = 130
total mass of 3 potatoes = 130 * 3 = 390

Total number of potatoes = 15 + 3 = 18
total mass of 18 potatoes = 2040 + 390 = 2430
mean mass of all potatoes = total mass/total number of potatoes = 2430/18 = 135
