forecast grades

It happened in Karachi that in CIE May/June session, the city was in total turmoil and the papers got cancelled. CIE never made a new paper for those KARACHITE candidates and quite rightly so (who on earth can make a whole new paper again for just one city), and so they published the expected grades of those candidates. See the importance!
Also, when the results aren't announced yet and someone has to take admission in some XYZ univ. n has to show his grades, his expected/forecast grades are usually considered!
There is no point in further discussing this topic (topic is usually changed to a tittle-tattle when there is nothing left) so I better lock this one!
