Format to answer effectively?

Dear all business studies students;

when writing the answer to the question which asks for Justifying some point mentioned in question. What format should be adopted?

Should we be writing both pros and cons and end with the conclusion
or
should we simply argue our Point of View and prove it right?

I am really conccerned. Please help!

Justifying your answer means supporting your point of view.

certainly it does. but are we supposed to take into account the factors against it aswell. to satisfy the "knowledge and analyse" points of the syllabus?

Where it says 'justify', you just have to support your point of view. As far as the pros and the cons are concerned, if for example, they say 'to what extent....?' or 'how far do you agree.....?' (things like that), then you have to write the positive and negative aspects of the topic.

Normally, the 'pros and the cons' type questions sum up to 8-12 marks.
