Does anyone study for English? If so then which book? I am yet to come across a person who actually studies for English. Peace.
Exactly, this is what I think.
But I've actually seen people studying for English. I'm sure there are some books as well. :p
Apart from this I was just asking about the pattern for directed writing etc.

Actually practice is REALLY very important. Though I havent done much practice but I've solved 5-6 pastpaers. Now I'm solving some more comprehensions and paper 1 questions... Just pray that both pprs are reallly easy. Plus writing a speech is pretty easy but a report or account is hard. Thats what I think. :/

An open question to everybody:

Would it be fair to say that writing a story consisting 98% of dialogues could have achieved full credit?

I have heard from a lot of people that writing dialogues gives a firm footing to a story. On the other hand, many have raised their opinion that writing dialogues often "dulls" the story. But it all depends on its content I guess. Whether it has the ability to hook in the reader or not. What are your views? Mhamzasiddiqui.

Personally, i like to keep dialogues to a minimum became t examiners expect very formal language from the candidates. Dialogues tend to be more informal and I feel its difficult to make an effective, adrali pumping story by including a lot of dialogues. My avg mark for creative writing in school exams is 26+ and I rarely include dialogues.....
