Guys, how did you find the English exam overall? (Variant 1) How do you expect the curve to be?

I'm talking about IGCSE English as a Second Language 0510. (i think thats the code xD)

I found it pretty hard unfortunately. Especially today's Paper 4.
Do you think a 100/120 (83%) would make an A or an A*?

And also, if I write a word or two (maximum) beneath the lines would they consider those words?

Hmmmm depends on the curve :/ we cant tell :/ but 120's like -20 marks... hmmm lets pray that's an A atleast

Hmmmmmmmm u shuld like stay within the boundaries of the line! bcz ur paper will be scanned :/ and im not sure they'll see it! bt if u did write extra then yu must have wrote it closely near the line b4 ... like this --> _____________this is ur line___________________________ <--
.................................................................................. .---> u should like touch the top line! so wen they scan it, they can like tell there's something beneath it

English thershold is out of 100 84 convert it to 70 and 36 convert it to 30 usually an an A* is 83 + which means getting around 100 or more out of 120 can usually mean an A* goodluck

What do you mean beneath the line ? i erased some stuff and wrote on top of the space provided is it ok ? and some answers were long so i wrote under the line which line are you talking about ?

Yeah, I mean the line wasn't enough so I completed in the space under the line and above the next question.

Btw The whole paper is scanned not just the spaces the only thing not scanned is the area under the [ ] brackets at the bottom of the page

Well DC1313 , They do say write as short as possible :| because the number of lines they give u tells u that its not a lot to write, bt u knw, i think its OK that u wrote it that way, as long as u gave them the answer they're looking for and not like deviating

Dude They Scan The Whole paper dont worry Just Dont Write under the brackets at the bottom of the page and in any barcodes

im not sure about articles and writing maybe an OCR or actually a scan because you need a readable hand writing for the examiner to understand it
