I have crossed around 100 words. Will my marks be deducted for it?

I don't think marks will be deducted, but it'll give a bad impression in my opinion. The examiner might just stop reading altogether after an amount of words has been exceeded like in urdu B, but just my opinion, I'm not 100% sure.
