For spectroscopy, go through the last chapter in the Brian Ratcliffe Tbk. Then for the Protein & the DNA part it's better if you go through the Bio textbook, or ask one of your friends who takes bio to explain, it's not that hard!
Then for the rest Just go through the Cambridge Endorsed booklet, I know it's lengthy but it's pretty handy!

yep, I definitely think so. If we fully internalize the facts mentioned in the booklet, we should be able to score high marks in the application part (barring the crazy nanotech part of course)
